Privacy policy

The personal data operator is Sole proprietor Vitaly Valerievich Burtsev, referred to below as the operator.

From the request form. We ask for nothing else.

• the services you selected
• your name
• phone number, Telegram username or email
• budget, if you give it
• the task description

Automatically when you visit, through Yandex Metrica. Cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages you open, clicks and scrolling.

We never collect passport details, bank card data or information about health, political views or religion. If you put such things in the task description, we delete them.

We do not send advertising or newsletters using your data and we never sell it.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This website sets no cookies of its own. Yandex Metrica sets them to count visits.

• _ym_uid, tells one visitor from another, kept for a year
• _ym_d, date of the first visit, kept for a year
• _ym_isad, detects an ad blocker, kept for up to two days
• _ym_visorc, used by Webvisor, kept for half an hour

Webvisor records how you move around the page, but does not record what you type into the form fields.

You can turn cookies off in your browser settings. The website will still work and the form will send as usual.

The website and requests are stored on Beget hosting servers in Russia.

Notifications about new requests reach the operator in Telegram. It is a service of a foreign company, so request data is transferred abroad. By ticking the checkbox you agree to this too.

Visit statistics are processed by Yandex LLC.

Only the operator sees the data. We pass it to third parties only when the law requires it, for example at a court's request.

The website has Telegram and MAX buttons. You start the conversation yourself, until then we know nothing about you.

Whatever you write in a messenger is then processed the same way as form data. The messengers themselves follow their own privacy rules.

As long as needed to reply and work with you, but no longer than three years after your last request. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

We keep longer only what the law requires, for example documents for the tax office.

• the website works only over HTTPS
• only the operator can access requests, and access is password protected
• server software is updated regularly
• the form filters spam and does not store data in your browser

You can find out what data we have about you, ask to correct it, pause processing, delete the data or withdraw your consent.

Write to info@stekweb.ru with the subject Personal data. Include the name and contact you left in the request and what needs to be done. We use them to find your request.

We reply within 10 working days. If you withdraw consent, we delete the data within 30 days unless the law requires keeping it longer.

If you believe your rights are violated, you can complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

If the policy changes, the new version appears on this page and takes effect from publication. The date of the latest version is shown below.
